Terms and Conditions
1. Payment A 30% deposit is required on reservation to secure the booking with full payment due at least 7 days prior to travel. All cruises require full payment before departure. See our online credit card and booking. To reserve your place make a confirmed booking and full payment by phoning 0417 855 829.
2. Correct spelling of names/titles All names titles and contact details of those traveling should be correctly given at the time of booking.
3. Refunds Cancellation of bookings with Top End Saltwater Adventures and City of Darwin Cruises may result in cancellation fees being applied. You will be notified via email, facsimile or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
4. Cancellations No cancellation fee greater than 7 days prior to travel. 30% cancellation fee 1 - 7 days prior to travel, 100% cancellation fee 24 hours or less prior to arrival. Cancellation fees may be wavered in legitimate medical circumstances or if cancelled by the operator
5. Conditions of Travel Australian Sailing Experiences reserves the right to alter the itinerary or route of any its cruises. Cruises may be cancelled if weather conditions dictate.
6. Liability Australian Sailing Experiences can not accept any responsibility for any injury, illness or the loss or damage to personal articles including baggage.
7. Clothing For our extended cruises clothing should be comfortable and lightweight. We suggest strong footwear, swimming costumes and towel, a hat, personal water bottle, personal medical and toiletry requirements, insect repellent and sun screen.
